The Management of DRAC ENGINYERS defines its Quality Policy as part of the DRAC ENGINYERS general Policy and undertakes to comply, disseminate and ensure its compliance by all staff.
As a way of expressing its commitment with quality, the DRAC ENGINYERS Quality Management System (QMS) is based on the EN-ISO 9001: 2015 «Quality Management System – Requirements». To confirm that the requirements of this standard are met, the QMS is regularly reviewed and certified by an external certification body.
The Quality Policy comprises all activities that are integrated into its QMS, and has been defined as follows:
DRAC ENGINYERS SL is a company dedicated to design and manufacturing products for fluid control and handling for industry in general, as well as to offer assembly, testing and maintenance services for the same type of products. Our aim is to meet the needs of our customers by offering the product or service they require, with a high level of quality, at the right time and at competitive prices.
To achieve this purpose, the Company, partners and employees are committed to maintaining an effective Quality System according to the requirements of the EN-ISO 9001:2015, ensuring communication, review and continuous improvement of the quality objectives, while providing necessary resources and training throughout our organization.
Also ensuring that all our services and products meet the guidelines and legal requirements stablished in each case.
In short, we want to offer our services and products according to specific customer requirements, within the agreed time and fulfilling all design and documentation legal requirements, in order to get the best prices and higher trading volumes and consequently greater economic benefits.
This policy provides a framework for establishing and reviewing specific and measurable objectives treated specifically agreeing what is described in the chapters of this Manual.
Quality Committee has been stabilised by Management as the operational representative of the Quality Policy, giving the responsibility and authority to identify and disclose the inherent quality problems, taking the necessary actions for its solution and verifying its results.
